JacquelineDYSONDYSON - JACQUELINE LESLEY. Gary, Jennifer and Nicola would like to express their thanks for all the support they received through JACKIE'S illness and since she passed away. They wish to thank family, friends, colleagues and neighbours from near and far for the Mass and Sympathy Cards, floral tributes, visits and phone calls, that meant so much. To Joyce Tyrer, a special debt of gratitude for her support and friendship and for leading the beautiful celebration of Jackie's life at St Peter's, Woolton and at Springwood Crematorium. To friends Kathy Upfold, Eric Smith, Don, Craig and Dave Newton for sharing their memories of Jackie and reminding us of how many lives she touched and of her infectious laughter, which brightened us all. To the Staff at Clatterbridge and The Liverpool Women's Hospitals, the Carers from Crossroads, the wonderful District Nurses from Halewood Health Centre and the team at the Marie Curie Hospice in Woolton, especially Dr Leslie Allsop and Chris Sutcliffe, thank you all for your dedication and care, sympathy and understanding. Thanks also to Annetta's Florists, Woolton Golf Club and Pearson Collinson for the Funeral arrangements, especially Alan Hughes for his impeccable and dignified organisation and support to the Family. Thank you for your donations to The Marie Curie Hospice, Woolton. Jackie will be dearly missed and it is the love of our closest friends Terry and Carole and kindness of so many others that has helped us through this most difficult time. You are all in our thoughts.
